Narcis Holiday Village


Narcis Holiday Village is a hotel style complex consisting of 110 apartments situated 250m from the main gondola ski lift. The complex is a four star development with five star facilities and will complete in September 2006. Guests will be able to enjoy a swimming pool, squash court, restaurants, piano bar, spa centre, and much, much more.

Three Mountains Holiday Village

Three Mountains Holiday Village is designed to represent a community of traditional Bulgarian Ski Lodges and is due for completion in December 2006. The development consists of eight three storey apartment blocks with a total of 64 apartments. A central lodge will house the hotel reception, communal spa and gym facilities.

Two Rivers Holiday Village

Two Rivers Holiday Village will consist of 72 apartments and is due for completion in April 2007. The development is situated between two winding rivers overlooking a lake and meadows with stunning views of the Pirin Mountains . The three and four storey blocks are all south west facing with either balconies or private gardens leading down to the river.

The Grand Bansko


This flag ship development consists of two phases totalling over 250 apartments and is located just 100 metres from the Crown Bansko project. The Grand is a similar development to the Crown and consists of multiple restaurants, bars and spa centre.
